Federal immigration law explicitly prohibits any alien who "endorses or espouses terrorist activity" from residing in the United States. However, Biden's Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, has thus far refused to take a position on whether foreigners who explicitly support the terrorist activities of Hamas should be deported.
