On 2/14/14 - while Joe Biden was VP - Russian billionaire Elena Baturina wired $3.5 million to "an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden" supposedly for a "Consultancy Agreement." The name of Biden's company was Rosemont Seneca Thornton, which was incorporated less than a year earlier in Joe Biden's home state of Delaware. Baturina, who became a billionaire when she "received a series of Moscow municipal contracts while her husband was mayor" of Moscow, then sent another "11 wires in the amount of $391,968.21" to "a Rosemont Seneca Thornton bank account, which then transferred the money" to a company that "produced tablet computers in cooperation with unnamed Chinese business partners." The Wash Post claims this is all flimsy evidence against the Bidens because the firm that received the payments was "dissolved," but the Post fails to reveal that the firm was folded into another company that paid Hunter.
