Did the Obama-Biden administration try to force faith organizations to pay for products that terminate living pre-birth humans?
Through the regulatory powers of Obamacare, the Obama-Biden administration mandated that "most new and renewed health plans," including those of faith organizations, cover without cost sharing "all FDA-approved forms of contraception." Authoritative medical studies show that some of these products unquestionably terminate living pre-birth humans, while others of them might. For example, the medical textbook "The Developing Human: Clinically Oriented Embryology" notes that fertilization marks the "beginning of a new human being," and the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology documents that "both prefertilization and postfertilization mechanisms of action contribute significantly to the effectiveness of all types of intrauterine devices [IUDs]." Likewise, the FDA has determined that "morning-after" pills may do the same, but all of the mechanisms of these drugs are still not known.
