In 2013, 54% of Mexico and Central American immigrants aged 25-64 did not have a high school diploma or GED. In comparison, 7% of people born in the U.S. in the same age bracket did not have a high school diploma or GED, as did 9% of immigrants from Asia, 14% from the Caribbean and South America, 5% from Canada and Europe, and 9% from Africa and Oceana.
