Weaponizing Legal Power
Kamala Harris claims that Donald Trump “has been very clear that he would weaponize the DOJ against his political enemies.”
IN FACT, Trump said nothing of the sort, while Democrats have targeted Trump and their political enemies in these five cases and others:
1) New York Democrats prosecuted Trump with a crime never before charged in the history of the nation.
2) Democrats in multiple states tried to unilaterally remove Trump from the ballot (struck down 9–0 by the Supreme Court).
3) Biden’s DOJ raided the home of Donald Trump and prosecuted him for having classified documents, even though Joe Biden had classified documents in his home but wasn’t charged because he was an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
4) Biden’s DOJ prosecuted more than a hundred J6 protestors by misapplying a law about “obstructing an official proceeding” while simultaneously defending and praising Democrat protestors who did the same (struck down 6–3 by the Supreme Court).
5) Biden’s FBI and DOJ stormed the home of a pro-lifer and prosecuted him for shoving an abortion clinic worker who was harassing one of his children (charges dismissed by a jury after less than an hour of deliberation).
