Sanctuary Policy Murders
Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid claims that she isn’t responsible for releasing an illegal immigrant who allegedly committed a murder one day later because a “judicial warrant” was “required” to turn him over to ICE, but ICE “elected not to seek” one.
IN FACT, federal law empowers ICE to apprehend and detain illegal aliens with administrative warrants, which is exactly what ICE does. No law requires Kincaid or Fairfax County to demand judicial warrants. This is simply a choice they make in spite of the fact that such sanctuary policies have led to numerous murders.
