New York City mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani claims that New York is a “city of international law” and “should honor” the warrant “issued by the International Criminal Court” for the arrest of “Benjamin Netanyahu.”
IN FACT, no place in the United States is under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. If that were the case, Americans could be subject to the dictates of judges from nations like France, the Congo, Georgia, Peru, Korea, Uganda, and Mexico.
