“Medicare for All”
U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I–VT) wants “Medicare for All” and has sponsored a bill to require that while claiming that “health care is a human right.”
IN FACT, the U.S. Constitution that Sanders swore to uphold doesn’t allow for federal social programs and acknowledges “rights” that shouldn’t be “infringed” like “life” and “liberty.” In contrast, the Soviet Constitution that Sanders parrots has a supposed “right” to healthcare, which is actually an entitlement to get in line for services that government rations through “waiting lists, gatekeeping, and limiting individuals’ choices.”
