Obama-appointed judge Indira Talwani has ruled that Trump cannot order the mass removal of 500,000+ foreigners who were legally inadmissible to the U.S. but let in by Biden, because the law requires Trump to conduct a “case-by-case review” of each individual.
IN FACT, Biden paroled them into the U.S. en masse even though federal law allows for parole “only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”
