Illegal Discrimination
Biden-appointed judge Adam Abelson has blocked President Trump’s executive order that stops federal agencies and contractors from operating “illegal DEI” and other “discriminatory programs.” Abelson claims that Trump’s order is “unconstitutionally vague” because it doesn’t specify what “illegal” means.
IN FACT, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 makes it clearly illegal to “discriminate against any individual” because of their “race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.” Furthermore, the equal protection clause of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment forbids government from racial discrimination.
