Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D–TX) claims that “diversity, equity, and inclusion has always been about” saying, “Don’t just look at the white men” and “recognize that other people can be qualified.”
IN FACT, Kamala Harris said, “There’s a big difference between equality and equity,” and “equitable treatment means we all end up at the same place.” This generally involves discrimination based on race, sex, and other characteristics that have nothing to do with people’s qualifications.
