IN FACT, the internet flourished before Obama’s FCC imposed net neutrality in 2015. When Trump’s FCC repealed it in 2017, Democrats and journalists said it would be the “end of the internet as we know it.” Instead, the real price of internet service fell until Biden’s FCC reinstated net neutrality in 2024.
