U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D–IL) claims Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is “the best” and that confirming Biden’s nomination of her to the Court was his “high point of the last four years.”
IN FACT, Biden appointed Jackson by explicitly excluding everyone who wasn’t a “black woman.” She then claimed that she couldn’t define the word “woman,” argued that government can racially discriminate, and voted to allow union members to destroy their employer’s property.
