Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) claims that “pre-K for all will have a huge impact on the next generation” of children and “help them chase their dreams and be leaders in every industry.”
IN FACT, the largest government pre-K program (Head Start) costs taxpayers $12,809/child/year, has no net benefit by the end of 3rd grade, and is plagued with fraud, child neglect and abuse.
