Cal Berkeley professor Robert Reich claims that Joe Biden “bowed out” of the presidential race “with grace and dignity” and “put his country over ego, ambition, and pride.”
IN FACT, Biden and the Democrats misled the public for years about his cognitive decline and ended his campaign only after his mental decay was undeniable, powerbrokers began pushing him out of the race, and his polls became bleak in battleground states.
Two weeks before he quit, Biden stated, “You voted for me to be your nominee. No one else,” but “some folks don’t seem to care who you voted for” and are “trying to push me out of the race.”
