NBC News claims that “President Joe Biden is expected to announce revised plans to cancel student debt” today.

IN FACT, Biden isn’t planning to “cancel” student loan debt but transfer it to taxpayers. Inflation-adjusted taxpayer funding per college student has tripled since 1960 while academic standards fell and colleges lurched further to the left.
