Trump Assault Allegation
Talk show host Bill Maher claims that Donald Trump was “found guilty of sexual assault by a jury.”
IN FACT, this was a civil case in which guilt isn’t even ascertained. Such trials only establish liability, and the burden of proof is “preponderance of the evidence” — NOT “beyond a reasonable doubt” as in crime trials.
Furthermore, a Clinton-appointed judge banned the Democrat-stacked jury from hearing that the lawsuit was partly funded by a Democrat megadonor and that Trump’s accuser falsely denied this during a sworn deposition.
