Chris Murphy, the Democrat architect of the Senate Border Act, claims that Republicans “pretend like they care about border security,” but “they voted against the toughest border security bill in decades because Trump told them to keep the border a mess.”
IN FACT, Murphy’s bill is ridden with loopholes that permit mass illegal migration, and his own words prove it. House Repubs passed a far tougher bill, but 100% of House Dems voted against it, and Senate Dems shelved it.
