IN FACT, objective measures show that the border is far more open than ever recorded in the nation’s history. Citing the Cato Institute, Axios declares that the U.S. is “attempting to stop as many people who cross the border as they can,” but this half-truth ignores the fact that the Biden administration lets at least 70% of them into the U.S. after they are “stopped.”
