IN FACT, the BLM movement exploited one of 20,000+ murders that occurred in 2020 to advance the falsehood that the USA is systemically racist. In the wake of this, murder rates rose by 34% — amounting to 11,000 more lost lives in 2020–2021. Correlation ≠ causation, but the timing of the carnage is consistent with BLM being the main cause.
