AR-15s
U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D–CT) claims that a person arrested today near the White House with an “AR-15” had “a semi automatic military assault rifle.”
IN FACT, AR-15s are not military weapons and are not assault rifles. Anti-gun activists use such terms to fool people into believing that home defense and hunting firearms are weapons of war.
