NBC News is reporting on a working paper that “outlines how white people’s migration during and after the Civil War bolstered white supremacy and institutional racism in non-slave states, contributing to the vast racial disparities that exist today.”
IN FACT, today’s racial disparities are strongly associated with leftist public policies and mindsets—not racism. This applies to substandard educational outcomes, poverty, violence, incarceration, and poor health.
