Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson claims that the Biden administration paroled 500,000+ Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans into the U.S. based on a “rigorous, individualized assessment of the applicant’s circumstances.”
IN FACT, the administration let them in by the planeload without such assessments even though they were legally inadmissible and federal law allows for parole “only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”
