U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D–WA) claims that she is voting “NO” on “House Republicans’ partisan slush funds bill that turns the government into a piggy bank for billionaires.”
IN FACT, Murray championed a practically identical bill less than 3 months ago, and more than 99% of Democrats in the House and Senate voted for it. Democrats have demanded that the new bill constrain DOGE, which is exposing and closing their partisan slush funds.
